INTRODUCTION TO THE MENTORING/COACHING PROGRAMS

Welcome and congratulations on considering taking this important step to be mentored and/or coached at this time in your life. Mentoring and coaching programs address specific personal goals and projects, career and business successes, or general conditions in your life or profession. Part of the mentoring/coaching program includes inner work. You will be expected to participate to the extent of which you wish to benefit from the mentoring or coaching provided. Many find that through these programs they have underestimated their self-worth, and hence increased their self-esteem, confidence and knowledge of who they are and what they can do.

Working as a Psychic/Medium/Healer
Should you choose to receive mentoring around how to begin or enhance your intuitive abilities, you have come to the right place. When speaking about the type of readings, there are many different ways to work. You can work strictly as a psychic, or a medium, or a combination of both. You can focus your readings on healing others in the areas that they ask for help; in areas you are guided by Spirit to focus on; you can call in loved ones to assist the individual with closure; or you may wish to use your gifts in a different manner that helps you to live a better life. You can tune in to find things for people or to give warnings. Where you start doesn’t mean that is all you will be doing unless you yourself decide to stop there.

For me personally, I have developed ‘my way’ of doing a reading, which is quite different from a traditional psychic medium in that my reading leads directly into counselling and healing on many levels. I also made a decision to begin my practice focusing on women. Since then I have been providing readings for about 40 females to 1 male. In addition to mentoring clients I also do couple relationship counselling. So, as you can see where you start doesn’t mean that is all you will be doing unless you choose to stop there. You will learn to ask Spirit to guide you, to help you to help others. You will always express your gratitude to Spirit for the life that you have for you are truly blessed.

At no time are you told what to believe. Mentoring is around various belief systems, new thought, thought exchange, pondering issues and more. There will be times when you may adopt a new belief and discard an old one. You will find that some things will resonate with you and others may not, and that’s OK. Everyone grows at his or her own rate and everyone has the right to believe what is right for him or her. Spiritual growth is more about a ‘way of life’. This program will assist you in your career and/or business. Whether you are seeking advancement or are already in middle to upper management there is so much to understand about your own self before you can truly understand and relate to others. In most positions we deal with people either internally or externally or both. People skills are more than just relating well to others. To begin with, people skills first and foremost is having a true and deep understanding of you and changing what does not serve you. People skills is not just acknowledging the differences in people but accepting them and bringing out the best in those who are in your charge, your co-workers or associates. This then results in being more productive in all your work endeavours. Developing a portfolio is paramount in this program. This process clearly identifies what you can do and how well you can do it. If you already have a portfolio, I will need you to forward a copy to me prior to our start date. If you don’t have one you will have all the tools to create one upon completion of this mentoring program.
