GRIEF & LOSS

Loss, ANY LOSS affects us emotionally. Just how much it affects us is an individual experience. And then, often times we don’t realize the compounded effect of several losses.

Some losses are life-changing. Some are subtle yet impactful. Think about your own life right now. What losses have you experienced? Are you fully and completely healed from them? Often times, physical pain is a result of emotional pain. You can heal emotional pain.

Healing the Pain of Loss

Did death, divorce, or the end of a romantic relationship cause it?  Or was it caused by any one of the sixty+ other losses, changes or challenges a person might experience such as moving, pet loss, job loss, or a change in health?

Regardless of the cause, you know how you feel and it probably isn’t good. People say you have to let go and move on with your life but they don’t tell you how. We provide a safe environment where you will be given specific tools to help you recover from loss and ultimately lead a happier life.

The actions in our unique program allow anyone who has experienced significant emotional loss to move beyond the pain and rejoin the mainstream of their lives.

One-to-one program

Facilitated via phone, video or in-person. Minimum 7 -10 weeks dependent on the person.

Group Program

We facilitate 2 day intensive group programs.

Everyone experiences loss. It’s time to heal your broken heart.
